The famous Achabal garden spring, which had dried up for the first time ever, has now been restored to its original state.
Locals told the Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the water is once again flowing as it used to.
“It’s wonderful to see the spring full again. I believe this is due to prayers. Despite the high temperatures and lack of rain or snow, its revival feels like a miracle,” said a resident.
Gowhar Hussain Ganie, the assistant executive engineer of the Jal Shakti sub-division in Anantnag, confirmed that the water flow has been completely restored. “All supply pipelines are working properly now,” he said.
