Six candidates from Jammu and Kashmir have secured positions in the Indian civil services through the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2023.
In the IPS, Ghulam Mayadin has been allotted the Manipur cadre, while Abhinandan Singh will serve under the AGMUT cadre.
In the IAS, Anmol Rathore (AIR 7) and Arjun Gupta (AIR 32) have both been placed in the AGMUT cadre. Aparajita Aryan (AIR 381), from the SC category, has been allotted Gujarat, and Seerat Baji (AIR 516), from the ST category, will also serve in AGMUT.
Their selection reflects both personal achievement and the spirit of national integration under the current cadre policy.
