G R Beigh Memorial Foundation Inaugurates Free Mega Medical Camp and Tailoring Unit in Nehama, Pulwama Under Khor Rozgar Mission”
The foundation’s initiative, launched on Sunday, provided essential medical services and skill development opportunities for the local community. The medical camp was inaugurated by the foundation’s media head, Shahid Rashid, while the tailoring center was launched by chairman Ishtiaq Beigh. The camp offered free treatment and medicines to hundreds of patients, fulfilling a long-standing need in the area. Local residents expressed their gratitude and called for similar initiatives in the future.
This move also aims to empower women in the region through skill development, with the tailoring unit serving as an important step toward economic independence for women. National Conference leader Hasnain Masoodi praised the initiative as an “excellent move for the community.”
