The Central University of Kashmir (CUK) has announced a new coaching and counselling program to support students preparing for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) and the National Eligibility Test (NET), starting in the academic session of 2025.
This initiative, launched by Vice-Chancellor Prof. A. Ravinder Nath at a press conference, aims to assist students in achieving success. The program will run in three phases: Phase one will focus on CUET PG candidates, Phase two on CUET UG candidates, and Phase three will cater to NET aspirants. Online registration for the program will open with a small fee of Rs 200, and the registration link will be made available in the first week of February 2025. The online coaching, lasting one week, will begin in the second week of February 2025. Expert CUET toppers and faculty from various departments will guide students through the program, helping them develop strategies and skills for excelling in the National Testing Agency’s (NTA) exams.
In addition, the Vice Chancellor informed the media about the ongoing PG admission process through CUET for the 2025-26 academic year. CUK is offering 18 postgraduate programs, and the deadline for application submission is February 1, 2025. The CUET platform also provides an opportunity for students to apply to institutions across India for their desired courses.
